Hello! I’m Clark Thomas, and I am a Denver-based Realtor® with Slate Real Estate Advisors. If you’re reading this website, there’s a strong probability that you are considering buying or selling a home in Colorado, and you’re likely wondering what sets me apart from any of the other 44,000+ real estate agents licensed in Colorado. Thank you for stopping by my website – I sincerely appreciate your consideration!

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and have been actively investing in real estate since 2004. After earning two bachelor’s degrees at Colorado State University, I moved to the University neighborhood of Denver and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and a Juris Doctor (law degree) at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. In my final year of law school, I was awarded the Sturm College of Law Scholastic Excellence Award for #1 performance in my class in Real Estate Law. After law school, I briefly worked in the legal world representing corporate clients in major acquisitions and individual homeowners in eminent domain disputes. I quickly realized sitting behind a desk churning out billable hours related to contentious litigation was not a fulfilling lifestyle for me, so I left the desk-bound legal world, passed the Colorado real estate broker’s licensing exam, began representing home buyers and sellers and never looked back.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2013, and I’ve closed transactions involving the entire spectrum of Colorado Front Range properties from 1 bedroom condos and “starter homes” to custom luxury estates priced in the millions. I have represented clients in Downtown Denver, LoHi, RiNo, Bonnie Brae, Observatory Park, Washington Park, Greenwood Village, Baker Historic District, Sloan’s Lake, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Sunnyside, Jefferson Park, Mayfair, Northfield, Centennial, Arvada, Aurora, Englewood, Littleton, Golden, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Granby, Fraser, Silverthorne and everywhere in between.

My wife Madeline and I currently reside in Denver’s Whittier neighborhood, where we are collaborating with Caroline Wilding of Construct Design // Architecture to breathe a modern Art Deco aesthetic into a historic Denver Square.

Now that you know all about me, I would love to get to know you.
